Impact of a Leadership Development Program on Interpersonal Conflict Management in a Coast Guard Staff CommandThis is an applied dissertation, a program evaluation of the Unit Leadership Development Program, as implemented at a major Coast Guard staff element in Norfolk, Virginia. The evaluation also looks to examine links between leadership development programs and interpersonal conflict management.
On July 19th, 2009, my dissertation committee accepted the formal proposal. I have begun the institutional review board process, oversight for all human subject research at the University. Once through the IRB hurdle, then I'm on to a month of data gathering.
Please feel free to read through the proposal (links to the right) and provide any feedback you might have. You can reach me here. |
